In 1984, the brothers Uwe and Jochen Holy took over the coat factory Friedrich Straehl & Co and turned it into the company Strellson AG, thereby creating one of the most successful brands in recent fashion history. The first collection was launched just a year later: menswear from Kreuzlingen on the Swiss side of Lake Constance – firmly rooted in its native land and perhaps all the more perceptive for that when it comes to determining what men all over the world want to wear.
