In December, 2012, Ferrari opened two after-school facilities in Ishinomaki with a huge amount of donation raised since Great Eastern Earthquake. The Opening ceremony took place in presence of the Ishinomaki Mayor, Italian Ambassador for Japan and children of the after-schools. Donation collected since last year's Great Eastern crisis reached over 80 million yen as a result of many charity initiatives Ferrari has made.

In June, 2012, Ferrari's clients and enthusiasts across the world demonstrated their extraordinary generosity. The online auction organised by Ferrari raised a huge sum that was donated to help the families of the victims of the earthquake that struck Emilia-Romagna.

Ferrari has always been aware of its corporate social responsibility and contributed its bit at many other occasions apart from the above mentioned ones.
