Sisley AW 2013-2014 Advertisement Campaign

Georgia May Jagger and Josh McLellan on a Romantic Getaway for the Sisley AW 2013-2014 Campaign
Sisley's new Autumn-Winter 2013 campaign revealed the world of two stylish people, partners in their private life and in the brand's photos. Georgia May Jagger - a young model and daughter of Mick - and her fiancé Josh McLellan, model and musician, wear the Sisley style in a sequence of unconventional contrasts where a rock 'n' roll spirit comes to life amidst the elegance of a French castle under the creative eye of such a versatile photographer as Olivier Zahm.

She has an intriguingly blonde allure and with the unconventional elegance of those who have rock 'n' roll in their blood. He is irreverently good-looking and musical, too, as he divides his time between the fashion runway and the pop show stage. They are Georgia May Jagger and Josh McLellan, the new faces for the Sisley Autumn-Winter 2013/14 campaign, chosen to interpret a seductive, contemporary, unconventional style. These quintessential characteristics of Sisley's genes return in the winter collection, from the nocturnal allure of leather and edgy lines to a colourful setting of classic refinement.

A world that comes to life amidst the genteel, decadent décor of an old French mansion, where, from picture windows and marble fireplaces to wood decoration and bedrooms with retro beauty, a mysterious staircase leads straight to an urban and decidedly cosmopolitan look. That of Georgia, trendsetter and famous daughter, ready to interpret (and wear) the Sisley spirit in a romantic getaway with her companion, Josh, model and musician. An ultra-modern, metropolitan approach full of charm; Olivier Zahm's lens shows glimpses of a day in the life of these two young people through the Sisley collections and in the unpredictable beauty of contradiction.

There were also other innovations: Sisley fans and devotees get the opportunity - for the first time - of following the development of the campaign through all the brand's social-network pages in a full-blown social-media event that premières the campaign's stars, looks and location.

I wear, therefore I am: Spring/Summer by Sisley
Provoking the under laid desires and combining it with personal charm, Sisley is all set to launch its new 2013 Sisley Summer collection. The summers will see an explosion of outrageous, independent colours bursts onto floral-printed clothes, reawakening a fashion feeling. Inspired by garden - "terrain to explore", the collection sees a sunny yellow and jumbo prints on a bouquet of fabrics. The Must-have item you could flaunt from this collection includes structured, brash short jackets (in fabric or denim) and fleece tops with unusual volumes.

Shades of black ready-to-wear and soften patchwork fabrics in ocean colours highlights true attitude shines forth among. The darkest of tones unleashes its rebellious spirit among gradient-dyed tunics and lunar-inspired abstract prints with alternating glossy and matt textures that illuminate evening darkness on brocades and metallic fabrics. There are satin and denim (distressed or printed) daytime shorts, which, when worn with lace-inlaid blouses, broaden black’s seductive effect to include the strong daywear of the femme fatale.

A primordial, earthy feeling of pleasure embraces the colours of nature. To indulge in its original forms amidst flowing lines and fluid materials, ochre and dusky-blue shades; where all-over printed peplums rediscover the enchantment of flower motifs and the elegance of unexpected headscarf prints. Checkmate to volume in a harmony of jeans and gradient-dyed trousers.

Fear not, the dandy is always just around the corner. From the timeless one (with check-patterned, close-fitting suits and paisley shirts) to the 2.0 version who cuts a dash in army jackets with a knitted waistcoat or leather jackets with skinny trousers that nonetheless have a pleat. Leisure wear gives full rein to colour, but only if softened by a touch of eccentricity. Indigo and fuchsia are the main colours of trousers and cardigans, even in details, creating a look that may be irreverent but ... it's still willing to come to terms with all-purpose denim.
