Claudio Buziol registers the 'Replay' brand.

1981
Fashion Box, specializing in casual shirts, is founded.

1989
Replay reinvents double-ring denim jeans. Production reachesone million garments in just two years.

1991
In addition to shirts and jeans, the Replay total look takes form with thousands of articles in the collection each year. The Replay & Sons line dedicated to kids' clothing is launched.

1994
Replay starts designing underwear. The group expands to new Asian and Middle East markets.

1996
Fashion Box builds its new 20,000 m2 headquarters in Asolo near Treviso.

1997
A licensing agreement is signed with Marcolin SpA for Replay Eyes eyewear.

1999
At the end of September, a new 800 m2 store in opened in Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Milan.

2001
A licensing agreement is signed with the Sugi Ltd Group in Hong Kong for the production and distribution of shoes under the Replay e Replay & Sons brands.

2003
We Are Replay, the Group's highend jeans wear line appears for the first time.

2006
The Replay brand celebrates its 25th anniversary at the Abbey of San Gregorio in Venice.

2008
In May, the Claudio Buziol Foundation moves into the Mangilli-Valmarana palazzo in Venice. Autumn sees the arrival of the new Replay Fragrances and the Replay Time&Jewel watch and jewellery line.

2009
The company has a total of 220 stores. The Replay on-line store opens in May.

2010
Equibox Holding SpA acquires 51% of Fashion Box. The Red Seal and White Seal brands are launched. Replay celebrates the Cinema Film Festival with an exclusive party at Cannes and over 500 VIP guests. In the flagship stores in Milan and Paris, the new Retail concept is introduced and celebrated with internationally acclaimed events attended by celebrities from the world of music and entertainment.
