1. Hotel Lungarno:
The Hotel Lungarno, completely renovated and inaugurated in November 1997, is progenitor of this transformation. The Hotel is endowed with extraordinary allure, and given the dominant river position and the incomparable view of the Ponte Vecchio, it best interprets the sense of inner well being in a pleasing atmosphere. The right dimension, the appeal, and the common spaces that look out into the river that makes for a true town living room.

2. Gallery Hotel Art:
On the "rive droite" of the Arno River, the Gallery Hotel Art, one of the first and more significant projects of Design Hotels in Italy, inaugurated in May 1999. A setting that became a laboratory and a meeting place for events and programs tied to the contemporary arts, and has had guests such as Mario Schifano, Fabrizio Corneli, Max Vitali, Olivo Barbieri and David Lachapelle.
The Gallery Hotel Art is a member of the Design Hotel International network.
3. TFB (THE FUSION BAR) Shozan-Gallery:
TFB Shozan-Gallery, Gallery Hotel Art's restaurant and American bar has become one of the most frequented Florentine "city engines". It's point of reference for the chic tribes that live in the city, or of those who visit during the year for tourism or business. (The Fusion Bar) Shozan-Gallery has created its own particular style that surpasses the fleeting ways of the moment. With projects still in the works that are tied to gastronomic research, from cuisine experimentation to the preparation of the first Japanese tea room in Italy, to the thematic nights of chocolate and its fixings, or its Saturday and Sunday Brunches, The Fusion Bar Shozan-Gallery is a synonym of exchange and research.
4. LUNGARNO SUITES:
In a superb location overlooking the Lungarno, LUNGARNO SUITES was inaugurated in January 2002. An accommodations facility recognized for its characteristics, was enlisted in the Small Luxury Hotels of the World network. Specifically dedicated to those who prefer the privacy of an independent apartment without giving up the comforts of hotel services, Lungarno Suites represents an innovative formula of hospitality.
5. CONTINENTALE:
The recent restoration of the CONTINENTALE Contemporary Pleasing Hotel in the Piazzetta dell'Oro completes the Lifestyle District project. Its concept and formula of service represent an important evolution in modern international hospitality.
The concept of the Hotel is based on the experience of those extraordinary years when cultured travellers could live the birth of Italian Style which was a mix of "joy of life" and intellectual adventure that spanned from cinema to design.
6. BORGO SAN JACOPO:
The restaurant BORGO SAN JACOPO opened in May 2004, is the new "Dining room on the river" accessible to the general public as well as hotel guests. The two levels of dining enjoy an arch shaped window on the river and have an elongated architectural prospective. The concept and refurbishment follow the contemporary design evolution of the Hotel LUNGARNO with which it shares a lounge.
7. VILLA LE ROSE:
