The innovative spirit and distinctiveness of Marc Cain's product lines are established in the German production. For this reason the company successfully maintains a three-shift operating factory in Bodelshausen, Germany. Particular emphasis is placed on the highly modern knitting workshop, the textile machinery and the print shop.

A direct realization of innovative designs is unproblematic thanks to having intercompany design and development as well as production. The high quality standard of Marc Cain products is assured by a production which always complies with the strict intercompany quality specifications and which is being controlled by an in-house textile laboratory.

Marc Cain stands for innovative knitted material being produced in fully air conditioned and ultra modern production plants in Bodelshausen, Germany. There is no other fashion company north of the Alps with a comparably large train of machines regarding knitting.

Currently Marc Cain uses 88 knitting machines, of which 80 are flatbed knitting machines and 8 are circular knitting machines. 240.000 kg yarn is being processed each year this would be enough to wrap the earth 59 times. All this is what makes Marc Cain so unique.
