Women's wear

The Lanvin Women's summer 2013 collection has volumes with black. The collection has an increasingly cosmetic black, kohl black, mascara black, eventually punctuated with a palette of Pacific blues with a shimmering mother-of-pearl finish, Indian pinks and solar yellows, like colors lighting up the night.

While a jacket becomes a sheath, a silk blouse extends into a dress, and giant obi-style bows provide an immaculate counterpoint to structured dresses in technical duchess satin. Stretch gabardine, washed cotton taffeta, moire, waved cotton and silk - fabrics are animated with a certain tension under the auspices of fusion. An infinitely constructed, sensual game between rhythms and colours.

Menswear

The Lanvin man for summer 2013 enjoys contrasts and the opposition of fabrics, cuts and shapes. Lucas Ossendrijver and Alber Elbaz offer a rich blend of classicism and modernity, hi-tech, past and future to create a complete wardrobe that answers the needs of today's men. A new inverted shoulder reinvents the proportions of the masculine suit.

A group of graphic, linear, silhouettes pared of their interior construction is showcased in this collection. No pockets or buttons, only the hand-cut shape which becomes fluid, rounded and refined, at once soft and rigid, shiny and matte. A t-shirt, shorts and a jacket with fixed collar and lapels are cut on the selvedge in classic flat grey wool.

Bridalwear

Declaration of love, romantic atmosphere, a wedding dream… Alber Elbaz has created a wedding wardrobe with luxurious fabrics, new creations and reinterpreted styles from past collections. Those dresses are made for a bride-to-be who says « Yes ! » for the first time, the second time… and possibly more!

Footwear

The shoes highlight precious skins, with designs inspired by work shoes covered in python, black patent leather and silver metal, as well as suede. Sandals are available in three designs, with a very elaborate three-strap version and two double velcro ones in chocolate brown or black rubberized leather with a two-tone sole in python and a suede lining.

Accessories

Playing with contrasts, the collection's key theme, the men's accessories for Summer 2013 superimpose materials, techniques and colours, bringing hi-tech and tradition together. The accessories collection for Winter 2012 expresses the modernity of the house’s emblematic codes and a certain couture-style refinement in the fabrics, colours and finishing details.
