MARK WEBER is the Chief Executive Officer, LVMH Inc. (U.S.) Chairman and CEO, Donna Karan International.

Mark Weber is a highly accomplished retail and apparel industry executive. Since October 2006, he has served as a member of the executive committee of the world's leading luxury group, LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, and CEO of its North American arm, LVMH, INC. He is also chairman and CEO of Donna Karan International (DKI), one of the world's best-known fashion companies.

During the past six years, he has led a period of strong, profitable growth for DKI. In addition to entering into licensing agreement to expand the Donna Karan and DKNY businesses, Mr. Weber has capitalized on the global appeal of the Donna Karan and DKNY brands to increase their presence in new and emerging markets, namely China and India.

In 2011, Mr. Weber was named "Man of the Year" by the American Apparel and Footwear Association, in recognition of his leadership and innovation in the retail industry.
