Roberto Verino was born in Verin (Ourense), Spain.

1967
He studied Fine Arts in Paris

1982
In this year, he launched the first ROBERTO VERINO women's ready to wear collection.

1983
The year saw the opening of his first store in Paris, as well as his international showroom in the heart of St. Germain.

1984
Roberto Verino participated in the International Cotton Institute catwalk with Spain's most distinguished designers at the Stock Exchange Palace in Barcelona. Since then, he has presented yearly in Madrid's Cibeles Fashion Week catwalk shows.

1987
He began collaboration in the "International Boutique" of El Corte Inglés in 1987.

1990
Roberto Verino undertakes a new corporate identity and the opens the international showroom in Barcelona. The showroom, designed by Fernando Salas, receives the FAD Award for Architecture and Interior Design.

1991
The Spring/Summer 1992 collection was awarded best collection in Cibeles by Baileys. He also received TELVA Magazine's "T" for "Triunfador" (Winner).

1992
In 1992, the brand opened the first store in Madrid to begin the ROBERTO VERINO retail network. He was also awarded the "Golden Needle Award", Spain's most important annual award for best international designer. This year also saw the launch of VERINO, his first women's fragrance.

1994
In this year, Roberto Verino received the "T" from "Telva" Magazine as Best Spanish Designer again and also was awarded best Spring/Summer 95 collection shown at Cibeles.

1995
The year 1995 saw the launch of second fragrance called "Eau de Verino", for which he was awarded the Golden "T" for Best Fragrance.

1996
This year, Roberto Verino was awarded the Castelao Medal granted by the Autonomic Government of Galicia, the highest cultural honor in Galicia. He also inaugurates the GARGALO winery, planting the first 6,000 vines (Treixadura, Godello, Dona Blanca, Arauca, Bastardo and Mencía varieties).

1997
Presented eyewear and other accessory collections and introduced ROBERTO VERINO MEN. ROBERTO VERINO DIFUSIÓN became the first Spanish fashion designer/ manufacturer/ retailer to obtain Aenor's ISO-9001 Quality Control Certificate regulated by international standards.

1998
In spring of this year, he inaugurates c/ Serrano 33 in Madrid, most emblematic store of Roberto Verino.

1999
Together with Jesús del Pozo, Antonio Pernas, Angel Schlesser and Modesto Lomba, established the Association of Spanish Fashion Designers. With the opening of a store in Porto, Roberto Verino launched international development.

2000
Presented his first men's fragrance VERINO POUR HOMME, for which he was awarded the "T de Telva for the Best Men's Fragrance". In recognition of his career, he was appointed honorary member by the Fashion Writer's Association.

2002
Presented first floor and wall ceramic tile collection, "Celta", in a joint venture with CERAMICA SALONI, one of Spain's leading ceramic producers. He is awarded the PRIX D'EXCELLENCE 2002 by the prestigious decoration magazine LA CASA MARIE CLAIRE.

He inaugurated R&D headquarters in Parque Tecnológico de Galicia, Ourense. Launched third feminine fragrance "VV", awarded the "Cosmo Fragrance of the Year" and selected by the Louvre Museum for its "Collections du Musée", as object of the year 2002.

2003
Presentation of the second part in a trilogy of ceramics of Celtic inspiration: The "URBAN" series pays tribute to the celtics towns called Castros. In the same year, he also received the "Silver Scallop" award, as "Universal Galician of Fashion".

2004
In this year, the brand presented "Arte + Arquitectura" collection, third Roberto Verino ceramic collection for Saloni. He also launched the new fragrance "VV MAN", which received the "Fifi Award" from The Fragrance Foundation for "Spain's Best Selective Packaging".

2005
He presented "Experimenta", the 4th collection for Saloni, and also inaugurated Roberto Verino's new concept flagship store in Madrid. This year also saw the consolidation of international development with the opening of three boutique corners in the Mexican department store chain, Liverpool.

2006
He receives the "Golden Microphone" award in 2006. A Roberto Verino Franchise was opened in Mexico at the Antara Polanco Shopping Mall together with the new corners in Liverpool. Feminine fragrance "MELLOW" was launched along with a presentation of his first collection of watches.

2007
Roberto Verino designed "Metamorfosis" collection for Cerámica Saloni. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the brand, a retrospective exhibition "25 Years of Fashion" was opened in Madrid's Costume Museum.

2008
In this year, the designer launched the women's fragrance "VV PLATINUM" and also inaugurated the exhibition "Roberto Verino, 25 Years of Fashion" at the Gabarron Foundation in New York City. He was awarded the Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts presented by the King and Queen of Spain for his professional career.

2009
In this year, Roberto Verino received the "Golden Bean Award" for gastronomic merit, presented the "ECOTREND" collection for Saloni, launched the feminine fragrance "GOLD" and designed wardrobe for the Getafe CF football team.

2010
A special bottle for Coca Cola Light's 25th Anniversary was designed. Vogue Fashion's Night Out was celebrated in his flagship store at Serrano 33, Madrid. The Getafe wardrobe was designed for the second season. His Fall/Winter 2010/2013 collection was presented at Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week. He collaborated with Planeta to create two models for a collection of fans or abanicos for sale in stores. He participated in Lives Fashion with Movistar, one of the events commemorating the centenary of the Gran Vía Madrid. He also presented his Spring/Summer 2011 collection in Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week.

2011
The label took part in Madridfusión Gastrofestival in Madrid and also participated in the exhibition "20 Costumes for Russia" in Moscow. The designer launched "PURE", a new fragrance for men and introduced his first Black Label collection, bringing Haute Couture to his retail customers.

2012
Roberto Verino was a participant in "25 Years of Fashion" in El Corte Inglés stores. He designed a new logo for his Gargalo wine and also participated in Madridfusión Gastrofestival in Madrid and presented his Fall/Winter 2012/2013 collection at Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week. In the same year, he launched his second Black Label Collection (S/S 2012) and was a participant in Penguin Madrid: designed a Penguin sponsored by Cadena 100 where all donations collected would fund the AEFAT Foundation. His Spring/Summer 2013 collection was presented in Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week. Vogue Fashion's Night Out was celebrated in his flagship store at Serrano 33, Madrid. "GOLD DIVA", a new fragrance for women was also launched in this year. New shop in Barcelona, in Provença Street with a new shop design was opened.

2013
Roberto Verino participated in Madridfusión Gastrofestival in Madrid and presentsedhis Fall/Winter 2013/2014 collection at Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week. His new collection of bags and shoes SS 2013 was also launched.
