Mark Langer:

Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is responsible for Controlling, Investor Relations, Finance, Legal Affairs, HR, Logistics and IT. Director for Labor Relations and member of the Managing Board since January 15th, 2010.

Christoph Auhagen:

Chief Brand Officer (CBO). He is responsible for Brand Management, Creative Management, sourcing and manufacturing. He has been a member of the Managing Board since December 1, 2009.
