S/S 2013

Lavish celebrations and sheer joie de vivre inspire Aigner’s Spring/Summer Collection 2013. It takes us on a journey to the French Royal Court of the 18th century - to the times of the Dauphine and later Queen Marie Antoinette. There, in an elegant feminine dream full of color, freshness and delight, baroque elements are revealed in a modern interpretation. The collection anchors this vision of luxury in the here and now. It dares to fuse tradition and modernity, classic and cool chic, timeless elegance with on-trend style. Aigner’s unique design language merges with floral patterns and feminine ornamental details without losing sight of classical craftsmanship.

F/W 2012-13

Strongly influenced by the 1930s, the Fall/Winter collection 2012 is characterized by elegant understatement. It draws its inspiration from classical Art Deco paintings, which depict their models in feminine and confidently expressive fashion. The collection’s use of form is clear and significant - the designs are well defined, edges are emphasized, yet also accompanied by softer shapes. The season’s colours encompass cooler tones like bramble, a frosty berry tint, forest green and earthy colours such as cognac or mahagony.

S/S 2012

For this season’s collection, Aigner took an exclusive trip back in time to the Hollywood of the late 40s and early 50s. Famous screen divas such as Audrey Hepburn, Sophia Loren and Greta Garbo, the cocktail parties and glitzy life style of the international jet set inspired a collection that is at once lively and elegant. The charm of summer destinations visited by the stars during their exclusive holidays is a key element of this new collection. The refinement of the past and the allure of the Hollywood era are reflected in the entire collection, from apparel to bags and accessories.
