The story of the brand Fabiana Filippi is an exemplary Italian story that began over a quarter of a century back. It's quick, intense, and replete with enterprise, focus and practical solidity. It's a story that truly defines passion and signifies success of individuals. Fabiana Filippi was set up in the year 1985, known as "human" company, due to its profound ties with both the place and family.

Giano dell'Umbria, a small town situated some 50 km. from Perugia: the home of a family consisting "peasant farmers" who have preserved a series of ancient, traditional and cultural values. The family is the Filippi Coccetta family - people with deep respect for an ethical vision of life and works, which they in turn have passed on to their children. Giacomo and Mario, the two brothers, who have not followed in their parents' footsteps, as they themselves are keen to point out, are members of an enlightened family that encouraged them first to study, and then to travel, before acknowledging their entrepreneurial inclinations.

Within the space of a few years, the two brothers followed a path that perhaps other "families" undertakings have failed to follow with the same elasticity, consistency and degree of focus. In fact, their work began with their strong personal involvement (one of the most advanced characteristics of the contemporary market) and their decision to assert their own values through the realm company's products.

The first human factor is the name the company bears - Fabiana Filippi - the same name that Giacomo Filippi Coccetta, the elder brother and joint owner of the company, and his wife Donatella, company product manager, gave to their daughter (who was born the very same year that the company was founded).

Company's two labels:

  • "Black" label - an expression of sheer luxury and refinement
  • "White" label - equally as fluid and sophisticate, yet more spontaneous are the ones to be proud about.
