The Royal College of Art, founded in 1837, is one of the most lively communities of artists and designers who work within a highly creative academic environment. The College has been home to many leaders in the field of the arts such as: James Dyson, Ridley Scott, David Adjaye, Zandra Rhodes, Philip Treacy, Tracey Emin, Thomas Heatherwick and David Hockney.

This exclusive partnership sees Brioni's sponsorship for three years of the annual RCA MA Menswear Fashion Design Course, offering teachers from the Fonticoli School and providing the opportunity to meet the Brioni tailors, men of extraordinary technical expertise and the personal Brioni tailors for the most important clients in the world.

The Brioni Award has also been created for the garment judged to be of greatest interest from those designed by gifted students that have participated in the workshop. Since 2007 the partnership with RCA is an expression of the desire to enhance, it terms of educational excellence, a traditional heritage that is unique in the world and to communicate this heritage effectively to aspiring fashion professionals concerned with the evolution of fashion for young, international and sophisticated client base who are looking for real made-to-measure fashion and the brand of contemporary style that Brioni has always offered.
