About the Founder

Born in Naples, Diego Dolcini sees himself as a citizen of the world. He completed his studies in architecture at the Politecnico di Milano and The Accademia di belle Arti di Bologna. He also won scholarship for a master in fashion design at the Domus Academy of Milan.

Paris became his hub to showcase his talent to the world. His first collection was launched there. In 1997, the brand found its atelier in Bologna.

Diego Dolcini, designer of shoes, his works no definition can represent his creations. Sculptures, objects of desire perfectly balanced between various heights, essential lines and high quality materials.

As they are true cult objects, they are worn and chosen by eminent personalities such as Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman, Julia Roberts, Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Sophie Marceau and Salma Hayek. His creations have found place in projects such as James Bond movie “007 The World is Not Enough”, Monica Bellucci, Francesca Neri, Chiara Mastroianni and Eva Robin’s.
