Sourcing

Tom Tailor controls of the entire sourcing process. The company's ability to offer a constant flow of collections with high quality and attractive prices stems from a decision to outsource the procurement of the business to a global network of procurement agents and manufacturers. Currently, some 120 manufacturers in 12 countries work for the Tom Tailor Group. The individual procurement teams within the product divisions are responsible for buying fabrics and other materials and selecting manufacturers.
