The great cotton looms and machines in the Fedeli factory are fed only with Peruvian vicuna wool, Mongolia and China cashmere spun by the best Scottish and English firms, and the extraordinary cotton of Giza, Egypt – where the plant variety changes over time, agriculture adapts to the seasonal rhythms and the fibre produced gains a unique sheen and freedom from flaws. The collections now present a complete range of products, approaching ever more a “total look”. Additional lines complement the knitwear, expanding the offer and to a full 360 degrees. Fedeli is also completely independent in the production of prints and patterns for silk, cotton and cashmere. These are born from an attentive search through the arts and designs of the past, constantly renewed in the present, then realised through classic techniques and specialised machinery requiring highly-qualified manual operation.

The Fedeli collection will always include special “hand-made” garments, true masterpieces of highest quality knit wear, produced individually in 8, 10 and 12 thread cashmere. A cable-knit sweater takes three days of work by expert hands, transferring exceptionally rare skill and value to the product. These exclusive garments show the importance of textile arts in Fedeli activities, where the entrepreneur is himself an artisan and representative of traditions handed back down through time, from as far back as the Italian Renaissance.
