Spring/Summer 2012 Campaign: James Denton for Daniel Hechter by Peter Lindbergh

With this choice of colours, moods and scenery as well as the international actors, the new campaign embodies perfectly the true concept of the DANIEL HECHTER brand today as 50 years ago. To mark the anniversary, a special Spring / Summer 2012 campaign was developed for DANIEL HECHTER, reflecting the French origin and the brand message.

Hollywood star James Denton and model Hanna present the latest creations of DANIEL HECHTER. Three motifs bathed in blue, red and silver light symbolize the spirit of the French brand. Tempting red was typified by a shooting scene in "Le Crazy Horse de Paris", famous for its challenging and aesthetic variety show, expressing the appeal of the DANIEL HECHTER brand.

Autumn/Winter 2012 Campaign:

The collection was inspired by works of the French artist Jean Cocteau and was conceived to illustrate two attitudes, one traditional and the other contemporary. Two attitudes, but only one look: sartorialist casual, always with Daniel Hechter’s colorful, optimistic vision. A range of subdued colors and iridescent grays emerged as the natural choice for this season.

‘Maximum Contrasts’ is the theme for the new Daniel Hechter Fall/Winter 2012/13 collection, putting the emphasis on playing with contrasts. Strong colors encounter pastels, neutral tones and elegant black. Robust masculine materials are stylishly combined with sensually feminine fabrics and emphasized with imaginative tailoring.
